A very hardy, disease-resistant and easy to grow large shrub, Autumn Olive produces large quatities of nutritious, tasty and attractive berries. Autumn Olive fruit is high in lycopenes which are reported to help prevent prstate and other cancers. Bees love its fragrant flowers and birds relish the fruit. Autumn Olive likes full to half day sun and can grow to 10-12 feet in height, and is hardy to minus 30°F.
