Loquat

This very attractive, small to medium size tree features long, dark green, deeply toothed, evergreen foliage and tasty, light orange, apricot-like fruit. Loquat grows well in the Maritime Northwest and other regions with mild winters. Loquat blooms in the winter and severe cold spells will damage the flowers and young fruit.
