Asparagus
One of our favorite vegetables, Asparagus is delightful eaten fresh in salads, in stir fries and in many other dishes. A hardy perennial, Asparagus dies back to the ground in the winter and comes up again in late spring. Our potted plants will establish quickly and be ready for harvest within two years.
